Blogging. A relatively new concept and becoming more and more popular. I follow about a dozen blogs, some of them belong to friends and the rest to complete strangers. All of them about topics in which I’m interested. For about a year now I’ve considered writing my own blog. I find it interesting that it was by mistake I started my own blog. Now that I have though, I feel like it is going to need some direction. I’m currently giving it a lot of thought.
Meanwhile, I just pulled my first loaf of gluten free bread from the oven. I haven’t tasted it yet, but I’m pretty sure it is a total flop. More on this later.
So….It’s later. The first GF loaf is not a total flop. While I will not be eating this plain, it did make for some very tasty open-faced sandwiches. If I had some fresh sprouts on hand it would have made them excellent. There is definitely going to be a post on sprouting.
Just a side note. While I have been adhering to a gluten free diet for several months now, I have not been tested for a gluten intolerance. I am currently considering adding wheat back into my diet (mostly to see what happens). Now that we’ve settled in from the last move, I’ve found my grain mill, and as time permits I will probably start making whole wheat bread.
